AI

If you use any information collected from our website from machine learning tools that use artificial intelligence we cannot be held responsible for the use of that information, or it’s validity.

You cannot use, share or artifically change any images on this website, nor infer any content from this website as your own, even if you are not aware it has been collected fraudulently or without permission. By doing so you will be in breach of these Terms and conditions and may be held liable.

We strongly encourage contributors of this site to not use AI to write stories on their behalf, or to otherwise misguide with false content which goes against the nature of this site to which it is intended.

We may use AI to help with the development, structure and other techncial elements of this website. We will make every endeavour to keep information secure on this site and will not provide any contact to machine-learning knowingly.

We only use tracking and analytical cookies on our website which allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around the site when they are using it but they do not identify you individually. They help us to improve the way our website works by ensuring that you are easily able to find what you are looking for on our website. Payments

Transctions

Transactions are made directly on the site using a third party (Stripe). All payment information is managed by Blue Ninja and all payments are final.

We may offer discounts from time to time.

Refunds

Once your request is processed and payment received, we cannot offer any refund of a payment. We will send you an email to confirm your payment of your package along with a link to the page you have purchased. A payment triggers the development of a page.

Payments will renew automatically yearly unless cancelled.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

The Courts of The Netherlands will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site.

These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of The Netherlands.
